Multi Pitch Tray Indexing Track
One of the attractive features of the indexing conveyor is the variable start position and pitch facility incorporated within the operator panel thus creating one of the most versatile machines of its kind.
Key Features
A change of tray insert requires the user to select it from a drop down menu from the pre programmed user friendly HMI operator panel.
The Multi-pitch Tray Indexing Track is shown with three 3 across Meterite MD65 depositors mounted over and above the track.
These depositing units are ideally suited for operation with the tray indexing track as their unique construction allows for close proximity centred trays.

Technical Information
The injection device has been specifically designed to inject a variety of smooth, non particulate, savoury and non savoury products ranging from creams, jams, custards, fruit puree’s, margarine and butter, vertically or horizontally into a wide range of bakery products. The multi-pitch tray indexing track has been designed to facilitate automatic processing of standard baking trays when fitted with multiple cavity inserts. The tray indexing track provides an indexing rate of up to 30 indexes per minute which, if processing a six across tray configuration creates an impressive 180 products per minute.
