New management but same industry and expertise to lead business
Apple Food Systems are pleased to announce the business now has a new management partnership in Phil Mould and Jason Smith.
The change follows the retirement of the founder of Apple Steve Smith.
Phil Mould has taken over as Managing Director. Phil has worked in senior roles in many engineering based industries in the past including Aerospace, Automotive, Plastics and Packaging.
Jason Smith has been promoted to Engineering Director after working for Apple for all of his career. Jason is also responsible for USA sales
Justin Smith is now Technical Sales Manager covering the UK and Europe, and long term accountant Joanne Ellerington has become Accounts manager.
“These are exciting times for Apple Food Systems and myself and Jason are excited about the challenge of building on the fantastic achievements of Steve to build upon the excellent reputation the company has in the food and pharmaceutical sectors and take the company to the next level,” Phil said.
“Jason in particular has lived and breathed the business and will remain very much in a hands on role day to day. When I joined the company I quickly saw opportunity for further growth as the products, knowledge, expertise and customer service we provide are unrivalled.
“We have many returning customers who know they can rely upon us to deliver to their exacting requirements. The challenge now is to win more business and deliver those products and services in the most efficient, profitable way.”
